What Is a Microcement Flooring System
Different areas have different needs. We provide the right flooring systems to meet the functional and performance requirements of each space.
Microcement Flooring System is a versatile, high-performance microcement solution specially developed for floor applications. It creates a seamless, contemporary decorative finish with a natural texture and customizable colors, making it ideal for modern residential and commercial spaces.
The system consists of a series of complementary materials, including primer, anti-crack reinforcement layers where required, microcement base and finish coats, and a protective topcoat. Applied with a stainless-steel trowel, it allows skilled applicators to create a variety of textures and unique decorative effects.
Designed as a complete flooring solution, the system provides excellent adhesion, durability, and water resistance when properly installed and sealed. Its thin-layer application makes it suitable for various renovation projects, including selected existing tile surfaces, subject to proper substrate preparation.
Microcement Flooring System combines refined aesthetics with practical performance, offering a stylish alternative to traditional flooring materials. It can also be combined with Wall Microcement to create a seamless, harmonious finish across walls and floors.

Microcement Flooring FAQs
How thick is a microcement floor?
Microcement is typically applied in a thin layer of approximately 2–3 mm, depending on the system and substrate conditions.
Can microcement be applied over existing tiles?
Yes, in suitable conditions. The existing tiles must be stable and properly prepared, with any necessary reinforcement and leveling completed before application.
Is microcement flooring waterproof?
With a suitable sealer and protective topcoat, microcement flooring can provide good water resistance. Wet areas require a properly designed waterproofing system.
Where can microcement be applied?
In addition to conventional walls and floors, KEYENLI Microcement can also be applied to special surfaces such as tabletops and countertops where a hard, durable finish is desired.
Is microcement flooring resistant to cracking?
Proper substrate preparation and the use of suitable reinforcement where required can help reduce the risk of cracking. However, no microcement system can guarantee that cracking will never occur.
How do you maintain a microcement floor?
Clean regularly with a soft mop and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive tools and harsh chemicals that may damage the protective coating.
